We’re proud to say that all our products are baked fresh onsite in our kitchens, which handle ingredients used to make all our products. We have processes in place to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, but we have small kitchens and don’t have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.
It’s important to note that all our kitchens handle all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites and soya. If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, we strongly advise you not to consume any of our products. We take the safety of our customers very seriously and would not want to put anyone at risk.
If you’re allergic to any of these allergens, we suggest you try our new product: Air. It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, peanut-free, egg-free, sesame-free, sulphite-free, and soya-free. It’s also taste-free, but hey, you can’t have everything! 😜
