Terms and Conditions
Sensational Cakes & Desserts provides carefully crafted bespoke cakes made to order. Our speciality include cakes for weddings, birthdays, baby shower, corporate events and other special occasions. We have been creating cakes for over seven years and pride ourselves on our customer service and quality. Our bespoke cakes are homemade using fresh ingredients.
Our Services
Sensational Cakes and Desserts is only available to cater to customers who agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions under the applicable law. We are open from Mondays to Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00. To maintain the quality of our cakes, we only take limited amount of orders per week; therefore, we strongly encourage placing your orders a minimum of 7 working days to your delivery date for custom cake orders, 3 working days for brownies and small treats, and a minimum of 3 months for wedding cakes. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if we are unable to make your order.

Sensational Cakes and Desserts Ltd takes care in the preparation using fresh ingredients. Please be aware that our cakes are baked in a kitchen that handles dairy, gluten & Nuts. This information will be clearly displayed in the Storage & Allergen sticker that will come with your order. Please contact us at enquiries@sensationalcakes.co.uk before ordering for any allergen queries.
We only deliver specific types of cakes to locations around Hampshire; therefore, please check with us prior to placing your order. If a third-party delivery company is used to post your order, Sensational Cakes and Desserts is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, issues with your delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address details for the recipient given are correct, Sensational Cakes and Desserts Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.
If you consider the pick up option, Cakes should be taken straight to destination, avoid running errands after collection. Kindly store in the refrigerator immediately after you get home/destination. In the case where a cake is collected intact, Sensational Cakes will not be responsible for any damage thereafter.
Delivery/Pick-up
If the cancellation is less than 2 weeks prior to your event, there will be absolutely NO REFUND. If the cancellation is up to 2 weeks in advance of your event date, you will receive a refund minus the cost of any supplies already purchased for your cake.
Cancellation & Refunds
Sensational Cakes and Desserts Ltd has taken care in ensure content of this website, including images, prices and product descriptions are up to date and accurate. However, prices are subject to change in short notice and packaging may vary from that pictures shown on the website. We have made every effort to accurately depict the colours of our cakes on our website, however, there may be slight variations due to different displays. Sensational Cakes and Desserts Ltd reserves the right to change the decorations on each cake with an appropriate substitute of equal appeal and quality.
