Our packaging is eco-friendly and can be easily separated and processed at plants. We understand that recycling can be a daunting task, but we are here to help. Our packaging is designed to be simple to separate, so you can rest assured that you are doing your part for the planet. We know that many recyclable packaging is too complex to separate and ends up at landfill, but we are doing our part to make sure that doesn’t happen. You’ll also find clear messaging on our packaging confirming its origin, along with instructions to separate plastic from card where present. There’s more to be done
It is crucial to be transparent and candid about our difficulties, and we acknowledge that as a small business with limited resources, we have a lot more to accomplish. Unfortunately, piping bags are made of plastic, and many of our ingredients are packaged in containers and pots that can only be recycled. We are committed to discovering better ways to transition from plastic to eco-friendly materials. On a positive note, our sugar, flour, and butter are packaged in paper bags that can be easily broken down and recycled. We also use LED lighting and energy-efficient electrical appliances wherever possible. Although these may seem like small steps, they are helping us reduce our power consumption, and every little bit counts.
